OFFICIAL RULES: SPRING 2026 DENIM CAMPAIGN DRAWING 

1. Eligibility

The Spring 2026 Denim Drawing (the "Sweepstakes") is open to everyone who – is at least 18 years of age and a citizen of a country where it is legal to receive the gifts included in the giveaway. Must be present at time of drawing to win. Employees of ANINE BING and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

No purchase or payment of any kind if necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes takes place exclusively on 

Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM PST to 8:00 PM PST (the "Sweepstakes Period") at the ANINE BING South Coast Plaza location.

Thursday, February 12, 2026, (the "Sweepstakes Period") at the following locations per local time zone:

ANINE BING Yorkdale from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM 
ANINE BING Manhasset from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM 
ANINE BING Short Hills from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM 
ANINE BING Chicago from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM 
ANINE BING Boston from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM 
ANINE BING Bethesda from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

3. How to Enter

Method A (Purchase): Place an order of $600.00 (€600+) or more at the participating ANINE BING store locations during the event.

Method B (Free Entry): Visit the event check-in desk at the event and join the ANINE BING digital mailing list. Note: All entries must be submitted by location specified drawing time to be eligible for the drawing.

4. Prize and Odds
Prize: One (1) pair of ANINE BING denim (subject to in-stock availability).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $300.00 USD (or the current retail value of the selected style).
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the event.

5. Winner Selection and Notification 
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing during the events in person at participating locations on February 11 or 12th, 2026. Entrants must be present at the time of the drawing to win. If the selected entrant is not present at the time their name is called, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be immediately selected.

6. Prize Fulfillment 
The winner will receive one (1) pair of ANINE BING denim on-site, subject to in-stock size and style availability at the participating store location. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes associated with the prizes received in their country of residence. If the winner’s preferred size or style is not in stock, a gift card or ship-to-home option may be provided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of ANINE BING. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. 
The giveaway shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of California. However, it shall be your sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that you comply with and do not contravene with any laws to which you may be personally subject to. 
ANINE BING’s announcement of winners shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint, or appeal shall be entertained by ANINE BING at any time during or after the giveaway. 
In no event shall ANINE BING, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies, and representatives be liable to you or anyone else for any loss, injury, or death or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection with the giveaway and your participation in the giveaway including (without limitation) any cancellation or postponement of the prizes.
ANINE BING shall not be liable to the participants and/or to any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the giveaway or as a result of any act or omission on the part of ANINE BING.
ANINE BING is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
ANINE BING reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion. Fraudulent activities are deemed to include but not be limited to the following:
Any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating; or
Use of someone else’s name or likeness.
By participating in the giveaway, participants are sending their personal information to ANINE BING upon being selected as a winner and all information collected will be treated in accordance with ANINE BING’s Privacy Policy.
ANINE BING reserves the right to use the name of the winner for any promotional/publicity purposes, and accepting the prizes as a winner serves as acceptance of such use.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the ANINE BING Privacy Policy. By entering Method B, you agree to receive marketing communications from ANINE BING; you may opt-out at any time.
