Why is Global-e not available in my region?
Global-e is currently only offered on our US webshop, which services all international countries other than Europe and Israel, with the exception of Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. All international countries other than Australia, New Zealand, and Canada will see Global-e available. At this time, you will be able to shop in your localized currency. We will continue to roll-out new features, such as taking care of duties and taxes upfront at checkout, in the near future. There will be no change in the checkout experience for any customers in Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. Once we are able to gather feedback and test this technology successfully, we will look into offering the same opportunity for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and our European webshop.

Why am I being charged $100 at checkout if shipping is free?
We offer free shipping worldwide. However, we have two different versions of our website. You'll see a flag at the top right corner of our website where you can switch between the two sites. Our European store ships for free to Europe and Israel and our US store ships for free to the United States and the rest of the world outside of Europe and Israel. We also offer free returns and exchanges. Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU. Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia. We hope to service Russia in the near future.

Do you cover duties and customs?
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all EU countries, which means we cover all relevant import taxes and duties. However, non-EU countries and to Israel are shipped DAP, are subject to import tax and duties. The shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your goods. All other non-customs related local taxes, such as Use Tax, are not covered by ANINE BING. Some countries may be subject to additional fees, such as Spain.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices displayed on our European site are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax.) You will not be charged at checkout.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The majority of European orders ship via GLS. Orders to Sweden and Germany now ship via UPS. Depending on your location, some orders may ship via GEM or DHL.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Average shipping times:
Europe to EU: 1-3 business days
Europe to non-EU country: 7-10 business days (Please note there may be delays due to customs.)
EU to Israel: 10-14 business days
EU to UK: 3 business days

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options within Europe.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email from us with a tracking link. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at email@example.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
