STANDARD SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Free shipping on orders over €100 (currency equivalent). All orders that do not meet the €100 (currency equivalent) minimum will require a shipping fee of €15 (currency equivalent).
Please note: We are currently unable to ship to Russia and Turkey. We hope to resume service to Russia and Turkey in the near future.
Regional exclusions on our EU site include the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, and Norway.
United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over GBP100. All orders that do not meet the GBP100 minimum will require a shipping fee of GBP15.
Norway: Free shipping on orders over KR1,200. All orders that do not meet the KR1,200 minimum will require a shipping fee of KR300.
Sweden: Free shipping on orders over KR1,200. All orders that do not meet the KR1,200 minimum will require a shipping fee of KR300.
Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over CHF 250. All orders that do not meet the CHF 250 minimum will require a shipping fee of CHF 25.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Do you cover duties and customs?
EU ORDERS
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all EU countries, which means we cover all relevant import taxes and duties.
NON-EU ORDERS
Orders to all non-EU countries are shipped DAP, subject to import tax and duties. The shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your goods. All other non-customs related local taxes, such as Use Tax, are not covered by ANINE BING. Some countries may be subject to additional fees, such as Spain.
Customs duties and taxes on non-EU orders are non-refundable through ANINE BING. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
Do you charge VAT?
Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU.
UK SHIPPING
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through ANINE BING. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund. Please note: We have implemented minor changes to our shipping protocols for all UK orders to continue serving our loyal customers as seamlessly as possible. All UK orders remain subject to import taxes and duties, which will be automatically applied at checkout for orders above the EUR equivalent of 135 GBP, contingent on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Why am I being charged €100 at checkout if shipping is free to qualifying regions?
We have two different versions of our website. Our European store ships free for orders above €100 to most of the Europe countries, and our US store ships for free to the United States, for orders above $100. To ship to Europe please make sure you see "EU | €" at the top right of your screen and you are on eu.aninebing.com. Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 - 3 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Average shipping times:
Europe to EU: 1 - 3 business days
EU to UK: 3-6 business days
Europe to non-EU country: 7-10 business days
Please note: For non-EU countries, there may be delays due to customs. The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at concierge@aninebing.com.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at concierge@aninebing.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.
