RETURN GUIDELINES

Full-Price Returns

We offer returns for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note: Returns only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an ANINE BING giftcard. Any Eau de Parfum purchase is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return, simply use your pre-paid return label. Please note: our EU store locations cannot accept online returns or exchanges at this time. If you do not receive a prepaid return label, please email concierge@aninebing.com.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through ANINE BING. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

Should you choose to forgo our return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.

How long does a return take to process?

Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR RETURN POLICY

All lingerie and swimwear styles are eligible for return under our standard ANINE BING return policy. Please request your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over undergarments, without removing the protective sanitary liner. Once tags and liner are removed, we can no longer accept the return.

EAU DE PARFUM RETURN POLICY

Please note, Pure Noir and Rose Wood Eau de Parfums are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

PURE NOIR CANDLE RETURN POLICY

Our Pure Noir Candle is eligible for our standard ANINE BING return policy. Should you not love the scent as much as we do, please request your return within 14 days of receiving your order. The candle must be returned unused and with its original packaging.

DAMAGES

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email concierge@aninebing.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
