We offer free returns and exchanges worldwide for any full-price purchase and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Orders shipping to all countries other than Norway and Switzerland now have a pre-paid return label included. f you are requesting a return from Norway or Switzerland, we will provide a pre-paid label for you via email.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Returns and exchanges are free for any full-price purchase within policy. Should you choose to forgo our free return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.
How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process. To expedite your return or exchange process, please email us as soon as you can with your order #, the item you wish to return or exchange, and feedback regarding why the item is not quite the right fit. We value all customer feedback. There is no charge to drop off a pre-paid return package.
I received a free gift with my purchase. If I need to make a return, can I still keep my gifted item?Please contact our Concierge Team. If you purchased multiple items and only wish to return one, you may keep your gift. If you only purchased one item and need to make a return, we kindly ask that you also return your gift with purchase. If you would like to keep your gift, or if your gift has already been worn or used, a fee, depending on the cost of the item, will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to exchange item(s) in your order, our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in finding the right fit so you can continue to enjoy your free gift with purchase.
If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email email@example.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
