We offer free returns and exchanges worldwide for any full-price purchase and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Orders shipping to all countries other than Norway, Switzerland, and Israel have a pre-paid return label included. Please note our pre-paid labels are for drop-off only. There is no charge to drop off a pre-paid return package.
If you are requesting a return from Norway, Switzerland, or Israel, we will provide a pre-paid label for you via email.
Customs duties and taxes on non-EU orders are non-refundable through ANINE BING. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
Should you need to return an order, it will be shipped to our local Mayfair store to process your refund quickly and efficiently. To initiate a full-price return request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are working to include pre-paid return labels with all orders in the near future. We thank you for your patience.
HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
For any gift purchases made in the month of December, we’d be happy to accept returns until January 31, 2021. This policy only applies for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please email email@example.com for assistance.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Returns and exchanges are free for any full-price purchase within policy. Should you choose to forgo our free return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.
How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process. To expedite your return or exchange process, please email us as soon as you can with your order #, the item you wish to return or exchange, and feedback regarding why the item is not quite the right fit. We value all customer feedback.
I received a free gift with my purchase. If I need to make a return, can I still keep my gifted item?
Please contact our Concierge Team. If you purchased multiple items and only wish to return one, you may keep your gift. If you only purchased one item and need to make a return, we kindly ask that you also return your gift with purchase. If you would like to keep your gift, or if your gift has already been worn or used, a fee, depending on the cost of the item, will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to exchange item(s) in your order, our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in finding the right fit so you can continue to enjoy your free gift with purchase.
PURE NOIR EAU DE PARFUM RETURN POLICY
Every Pure Noir Eau de Parfum purchase will include a complimentary sample of the Pure Noir fragrance, allowing you to test the new scent without unboxing your item. Please note, the Pure Noir Eau de Parfum is not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item is returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unworn within 14 days of receiving your order.
PURE NOIR CANDLE RETURN POLICY
Our Pure Noir Candle is eligible for our standard ANINE BING return policy. Should you not love the scent as much as we do, please request your return, or an exchange, within 14 days of receiving your order. The candle must be returned unused and with its original packaging.
If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
